Our Shipping Criteria
- Routine processing and shipping: Orders processed and ship within one week of receipt. Shipments are made by courier or postal service to US destinations and by the U.S. Post Office's Global Express Mail Service to international destinations.
- Emergency overnight shipping is available on most business days for an additional fee. To ensure complete and accurate communication with our customers, overnight shipping is only available for telephone orders confirmed with our Customer Service Department personnel. Please call 1-813-929-9269 prior to 2:00PM US Eastern time to request overnight shipment.
- Access to on-line training is immediate for purchases made through our On-line training campus product catalog. If you choose to purchase on-line training using a method other than an on-line purchase, we will contact you via email or telephone to provide your access.
- IMPORTANT: Courses or tests purchased on-line are assigned only to the registered individual making the on-line purchase.
